TRC shock absorber pistons are unique and currently have no equivalent on the market: both the machining method and the material are out of the ordinary in RC.

The pistons are CNC machined to tolerances of +-0.005mm.

The material has never been used in RC before, but is found mainly in medical equipment, and boasts some unique characteristics:

- the coefficient of friction is much lower than the POM-C material used for most original pistons.

- the dimensional stability of this material is far superior to other pistons. In other words, they will retain their external and internal shape (in the holes) whatever the pressure and temperature inside the shock absorber body.

Recently, TRC has also studied the edge of the piston to avoid friction and wear. The shape of the piston is therefore also unequalled.

What difference does it make on the track? The behavior of your car is transcended, your car will feel better, absorb the bumps a lot more, slams less after jumps, and becomes more predictable. You'll feel more at ease and reduce your lap times with greater consistency!
