Mylaps RC4 transponders: what are the differences?

- Categories : Reno's tutorials

The transponder is an essential element to start competing in radio-controlled cars of all scales. This is indeed a key element: what will allow you to count your laps, and be used by the timing to rank you in the race. Whether mounted on the car or inside the radio assembly, it is advisable to mount it flat, and without disturbance. You should know that if your transponder is marked as functional in the warm-up laps, it is up to the organization to take charge of the manual entry of your data if it turns out that it becomes faulty during the race.

3 transponders models are currently available on the site. All 3 will have the possibility of viewing the times via the Speedhive smartphone app, as long as the counting is compatible and connected to an Internet source.

The RC4 transponder:

Avec mylaps vous avez la possibilité d'avoir des numéros identiques pour toutes vos voitures, mais il vous faudra quand même équipé chaque voiture d'un transpondeur.
