- Categories : Reno's tutorials

We explained you everything about the new restrictions for buying and using RC fuels in 2023 in this blog article.

Let's see now what are the different types of fuel for nitro RC cars from the RACING EXPERIENCE range.

Racing Fuel Break-in blend

First of all, let's introduce the fuel that will be at the beginning of your nitro RC experience.

The Racing Fuel special break-in 16% has a special formula enriched in oil, for a better lubrication of your new engine.

We recommend the use of this fuel when you buy your engine to proceed to its running-in, as presented in this tutorial.

Hotfire Sport Euro 16%:  the best price

First, the Sport Euro fuel is a fuel intended for bashing and nitro RC cars coming in a RTR (Ready To Run) style.

It is available in two versions: 2 liters or 5 liters.

If you do not race, this is the fuel to choose for its quality and low price.

The level of lubrication is good and intended for engines that can often have an integrated launcher (pullstart).

This is the fuel we recommend for remote controlled cars such as Hobbytech NXT, Kyosho Inferno Neo or MP9.

If you are racing, but still think about your budget, we advise the use of the Racing Experience Hot Fire 16%. We make it available in 2 and 5 liters versions.

This fuel offers better performance than the Sport version, being very stable for all RC engines in competition (Picco, OS, Reds, FX, Ultimate...).

Hot Road GT 16% fuel : the best performances

The special GT fuel has a special formula with more castor oil, allowing to reduce the engine temperature, while ensuring outstanding performance.

Particularly appreciated in the on-road class, off-road drivers also use it as their first choice for its great performance.

If you're looking for the best engine performance, as well as the best mileage, this is the fuel you will prefer.

This is the fuel used by our team drivers and by Reno Savoya.

However, the engine tuning will be slightly more precise and the engine maintenance may be more frequent.

The addition of castor oil to the mixture will create more brown marks on the top of the piston and the glow plug insert.

Also, the glow plug will tend to blacken more quickly if your tuning is not in an ideal window (after several liters of use).

You now know everything about the 2023 range of Racing Experience fuels!

See you soon on the tracks!
