The unprecedented realism of the Promoto-MX goes far beyond its faithfully detailed appearance - the tight frame, the rider's equipment and the officially licensed graphics.
What's even more impressive is the way it replicates the true performance of an off-road motorcycle, a breakthrough achieved thanks to mechanics and electronics developed specifically for Promoto-MX. It's how these technologies work together that makes all the difference.
The Promoto-MX's electronics include a 2700Kv motor and a steel flywheel, both of which are mounted in the center of the frame. The motor spins the flywheel at over 22,000 rpm to create a gyroscopic force that ensures unrivalled stability.
Meanwhile, patent-pending Spektrum MS6X technology takes input from the DX3PM transmitter and commands the Promoto-MX to tilt, turn and control wheelies with unprecedented balance and finesse.
The mechanical technology is equally impressive. Losi's development team studied the suspension geometry of full-size motorcycles to give the Promoto-MX the same handling characteristics in the field.
An increasing-rate rear suspension offers superior grip and prevents falls when landing. The totally innovative design of the front fork, with an internal spring and shock absorber, can be adjusted by changing the silicone oil and also enables ride height to be adjusted. An innovative front and rear wheel braking system gives the bike impressive stopping power, halving braking distance compared to a rear brake alone.
These two technologies, electronic and mechanical, explain why the Promoto-MX performs better at high and low speeds than any other RC motorcycle.

Patented SPEKTRUM MS6X TECHNOLOGY
Spektrum DX3PM and SR6300PM receiver are combined with patented MS6X technology for unprecedented control.
Promoto-MX drivers can maintain balance at high or low speed, take on jumps and bumps, and then give simple steering inputs to get around narrow banking and straighten out before the next section of whoops.
For more aggressive riding, use the MS6X knob to increase the angle of inclination.
On-the-fly drive modes
The DX3PM has three pre-programmed riding modes between which you can toggle "on the fly" using your thumb on the A/B toggle switch.
Dirt Mode - Allows the Promoto-MX to rise high enough without cutting the throttle to clear jumps and obstacles, but helps prevent "big wheelies" by intuitively cutting the throttle if the bike starts to rise too far.
Street mode - Detects when the Promoto-MX starts to pitch up and quickly cuts the throttle, allowing the front tire to return to the ground and accelerate as much as possible.
Wheelie Control - Let yourself go! Wheelie Control mode lets you wheelie on smooth surfaces up to maximum speed.
Smart technology
How long will your motorcycle battery last? There's no need to guess.
LED indicators on the DX3PM transmitter show you the remaining capacity of your Spektrum Smart batteries at a glance!
Thanks to Spektrum Smart technology, the Promoto-MX stores and shares critical performance data while you run. Switch to the Spektrum DX5C or DX5 Pro transmitter to receive additional real-time telemetry information, such as speed, rpm, amperage, ESC temperature, and much more.
Gyroscope and flywheel
The gyroscopic stabilizing force created by its heavy steel flywheel - spinning at over 22,000 rpm with the 2700Kv motor - does wonders for the bike's stability. 2 years of work went into this element, which provides the unique stability of the Losi motorcycle.
Mounted as low and as far forward in the frame as possible, the flywheel allows the Promoto-MX to pivot around its center point to enhance jumps, steering changes and the bike's precision performance.
Removable bars
Don't worry if the front tire crashes on loose soil.
The tilt bars are ready to catch it. They prevent the Promoto-MX from exceeding its maximum angle of inclination, helping it to straighten up and exit the bend.
The tilt bars feature adjustable stops for ascent and descent, enabling the bike to be adapted to any type of surface or level of grip.
They also often aid recovery in the event of an accident when the rear tire has grip.
If the bike is down on the track, simply press the gas trigger to straighten it out and get back on the road.
Servo saverRigid springs on the servo backup, captured by bearing-mounted composite plates, ensure smooth steering with enough flexibility to protect the servo.
But that's not all. It also dramatically improves the bike's performance during downshifts, jump landings, power slides in corners and front tire pushing in ruts. It provides elasticity to keep the bike in the air.
Front fork dampingWith more than 4kg of weight on the track, you need a spring configuration that's stiff enough to guide the Promoto-MX properly into the next corner.
As with anything highly elastic, the best way to control powerful springs is to dampen the movement.
A key development for the Promoto-MX is a fluid-filled friction chamber between the upper and lower head tube bearings.
The chamber is filled with silicone oil with a viscosity of 500,000 cSt, which dampens the steering well and helps control any possible "steering".

Narrow chassis
For the bike to look to scale, the electronics and battery needed to fit into a compact, narrow chassis.
Designing a special "shorty" battery would have made the task easier, but the Promoto-MX product development team wanted to use a more practical, standard-size battery.
Mission accomplished! A full-size LiPo 2S battery fits into the rider's seat, providing easy access for quick battery changes. Insert a charged pack and you'll be back on the track in seconds.
Realistic rider figureEquipped with boots, helmet and full gear, the pilot figure is ready to perform the same actions as you on an off-road motorcycle: jumping, wheeling, digging tracks and throwing rocks.
Drivers of other RC motorcycles are made entirely of foam, making them quickly unusable. The Promoto-MX pilot has a rubberized plastic exterior that can be deformed by impacts and flips. T
o prevent the rider from shifting on the bike, the torso is fitted with a foam insert. It keeps the body firm in normal operation, but can still deform on impact.
Officially licensed Dunlop Geomax MX53 tiresLike all true off-road riders, the Promoto-MX is equipped with Dunlop's most popular tread, the Geomax MX53.
It's officially licensed by Dunlop for its precision and scaled performance. Proven on full-scale motorcycle tracks around the world, the MX53 offers great grip and long tire life for the Promoto-MX.
Real spoked wheelsAnother first, the Promoto-MX features wheels with real spokes for even more realism.
No other manufacturer of RC vehicles has been able to create proper-looking spoked wheels with the durability needed for an off-road motorcycle.
It took the determination and expertise of Losi's product development team to achieve this.

Display, maintenance and starter standsWorking on a real off-road motorcycle is easier with the right support.
So the Promoto-MX had to have one too! The included maintenance and display stand is modeled on a real motorcycle stand, complete with graphics.
To keep the bike balanced on the stand, the Promoto-MX snaps into the stand. To take things a step further, a hands-free starter stand is also included. This starting stand supports the rear tire and keeps the bike upright and ready for a gate-style start.
Plates with graphics
Small-scale or not, a motorcycle has to have a killer skin!
The Promoto-MX has it all - front fender, license plate, fork protectors, front side panel, rear side panel and rear fender - all wrapped in officially licensed, yet highly durable and dirt-ready vinyl graphics.
Realistic detailsThe smallest details are important, and Losi has left no stone unturned. Brake and clutch levers, exhaust, brake lines, footrests, brake discs and much more - everything about the Promoto-MX is finely detailed.
Shock-absorbing structure
There's nothing better than sending a huge triple, but what happens if you're too short?
It wasn't possible to bend a fork leg or tube, so the Promoto-MX product development team came up with a solution.
The front crash structure is rigid in normal operation, but compresses until the front tire digs into the chassis frame to absorb massive frontal impacts. This protects the front fork tubes from bending, keeping them safe and in line.
Rear mudguardOff-roading is a frequent occurrence. A normal rear mudguard, mounted on a rigid bracket, would take a lot of punishment.
But the Promoto-MX has the solution - an articulated elastomer rear mudguard that can spread during wheelies to expose a durable nylon rear bumper. This greatly increases the durability of the rear mudguard.
Protective plates for air ventsMolded composite protective plates line the front and bottom of the Promoto-MX chassis. They offer protection in the event of a collision and prevent dust from entering the chassis, helping to protect the electronics mounted inside.
The air vents on either side of the bike are closed in the box, but can be opened to provide a flow of cooling air when ambient temperatures are high.
Chassis with double aluminum platesThe two aluminum frame plates house and protect all the bike's electronics and help give the Promoto-MX its slim, realistic appearance. They also give the frame the rigidity and durability required for severe impacts.
Swing-arm rear suspensionJust like a real off-road motorcycle, the Promoto-MX features a swing-arm rear suspension.
The suspension is initially soft around ride height, for smooth handling and improved grip. It becomes firmer as it gets deeper into the travel, to ensure adequate preload on jumps and avoid heeling on landing.
Equipped with an oil-filled threaded shock absorber, the Promoto-MX is ready to tackle any surface.
Front forkThe Promoto-MX front fork is a completely new, modern design with an internal spring and shock absorber.
Designed to function like normal RC shock absorbers, the front fork tubes can be rebuilt and adjusted by changing the silicone oil.
Using upper and lower springs, spacers can be used to adjust the height of the Promoto-MX. And best of all, they look great, just like the real thing!
Steering angle After months of testing different track settings, caster angles and steering ratios, the Promoto-MX product development team found the sweet spot.
The 62.4-degree head tube angle offers the best balance between handling over bumps, landing jumps, steering and handlebar control on all surfaces.
Powerful brushless motor system The Promoto-MX is equipped with a powerful Spektrum Smart brushless power system.
Its 4-pole 3652 3800Kv motor provides the power, while the 85A brushless ESC adds all the control you need.
With enough torque to overcome big triple bumps - and top speeds of over 65 km/h with a 2S LiPo battery - the Promoto-MX power system rocks!
Front disc brake with cable controlGoing full wood on your bike is a lot more fun when you have good brakes.
The engine can handle rear braking via the transmission, but as with 1:1 motorcycles, most braking is done by the front tire.
To slow down the Promoto-MX from the front, the front brake uses a steel rotor, caliper-actuated brake pads and a servo-controlled cable. This reduces braking distance by half - just enough to get you through the next rut.
Race-inspired slipper clutchWhile its 3800Kv Brushless Firma motor provides plenty of power, the Promoto-MX's race-inspired dual-disc slipper clutch helps the Dunlop Geomax MX35 rear tire maintain its grip on loose surfaces.
The double-disc, pressurized-spring slipper is inspired by those used by the TLR team to win races around the world. It increases traction and protects the transmission without sacrificing acceleration pep.
Realistic chain driveWe couldn't call the Promoto-MX an off-road motorcycle if it weren't equipped with a chain drive.
Steel links and 70 roller pins wrap around a 10-tooth steel drive sprocket and a 36-tooth aluminum hub sprocket.
Whatever the conditions, the chain transmission drives the rear tire efficiently and reliably.
Ready to rollThe Losi Promoto-MX comes fully assembled, with a high-quality Spektrum Smart radio system and on-board electronics already installed.
Even the AA batteries for the transmitter are included!
Just add a 2S LiPo battery with IC5 socket and a compatible charger, and you're ready to roll.
Note: IC3 to IC5 adapters cannot be inserted into the Promoto-MX. A LiPo battery with an IC5 or EC5 connector is required.

Q: Bonsoir je ne comprend le produit est indiqué complet set prêt à conduire pourtant plus loin c'est indiqué qu'il manque le chargeur et la batterie. Le set est il complet oui ou non ?
