In fact, we've designed a "sandwich panel" system that leaves the internal reinforcements of the suspension untouched, with a 1mm plate on top and a 1mm plate underneath.

Supplied with all the necessary mounting hardware (M2.5 screws and nuts), all you have to do is affix the plates to the arm and drill it using a 2.5mm drill bit.

Mounting is secure and remains rigid for a long time, unlike competing models which crack or the screws loosen and gradually lose their effectiveness.

Assembly:

• Place the carbon plate on the arm, respecting the direction and position (different top and bottom plates).
• Drill the arm with a 2.5mm drill bit.
• Remove plastic chips.
• Insert screws into top plate, followed by plastic washers.
• Place the plate on the wishbone, passing all the screws through the drilled holes.
• Slide the remaining washers onto the screws protruding from the underside of the arm.
• Fit the 2nd plate onto the screws.
• Screw in all nuts only for a few turns.
• Fully tighten the nuts one by one.
