The JConcepts swing operated battery holder is designed to be simple, adjustable, and allow for quick battery changes. The aluminum rails attach to the standard side guards of the RC10B7 | RC10B7D | RC10T7 | RC10SC7 chassis and function like the original plastic components. The aluminum swings include installation hardware and spacers for height adjustment depending on the type of battery used in the vehicle.  

When using a thick battery pack, it is necessary to install the tall spacers under the pivot section to increase the height of the assembly. For low-profile battery packs, install the short spacers to adjust the configuration to the required height. Two BHCS screws of different lengths are provided and must be used with the corresponding spacers. It is also necessary to use the original O-rings supplied in the kit to ensure damping and vibration resistance. 

Individual preferences may vary, and by using any combination of washers with an inner diameter of 3 mm, it is possible to achieve a wide range of height adjustments to maintain the battery at the desired force.
