Are you shipping worldwide?
Of course we do! Just go thru the ordering process, and select the preferred shipping option. Your country doesn't show up in the list? Contact us.

Can I pay with bank wire?
Yes, of course! Just go thru the order process, and you will see all our payment options. Our bank information will be mentioned directly when you validate your order, but also by email after you confirmed.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped same day when placed before 3PM Paris time.

I forgot something in my order, can I add an item?
When it is possible and if the weight doesn't excess the shipping costs you payed, we will add any other item to your order at no extra cost. Just place a new order selecting "RSRC delivery", mentioning it is an order complement in the comment box. Be sure that you don't exceed the deadline of 3PM for shipping.

I want to be delivered on a race, how should I process?
Nothing more easy! Just make sure it is a race we are attending, and select "RSRC delivery" when selecting your shipping option. Please also note in the comment box which race you want to be delivered at.

My order is in backorder, when will I receive it?
The backorder delay is always mentioned on the product page. We are doing our best to deliver your goods as quickly as possible. However, if an item is urgent and you want it to be shipped separately, please contact us.
